For some I can't seem to remember the name of this manga but I remember a few specific points of the story. I know for sure the story itself was a one shot, but I'm unable to find out if it was a one shot on its own, in a collection, or a bonus in a longer-running series. Searching through my own lists of completed series didn't really help.
The basic story is the male confessed to the wrong girl by placing a letter in her locker because she had the same name as the girl he actually liked. Out of embarrassment or something like that, they go out anyway. During the entire time he's wondering if he should just tell her the truth, and on one of their dates the truth comes out. I can't remember if he reveals it himself or not, but the girl knew it the entire time since the other girl was more popular and it was quite clear the boy confessed wrong.
After they break up, the boy thinks about it and writes another love letter to "the girl he truly loves" and it turns out to be the same girl. A brief set of dialogue that basically goes "Did you make a mistake again?" and "Nope, I'm sure this time." finishes the story.
I think there was a scarf or something given to one person from the other as a gift at some point. Ignore this point if it is wrong.
Please help, as the descriptions and tags for the various things I've read are not very helpful.

Oh, I know why I couldn't find it anymore, I stumbled across it while looking at RedHawk's other releases and forgot to add it to my lists.
