1.) A (unique) supernatural romance -- ESP, ghosts, spells, angels, demons, astrology, anything to do with out-of-the world things. By unique, I mean just mean no vampire... There is just...too many. I'm looking for mainly josei and seinen but shoujo is fine. (Preferably the "supernatural" thing is takes place in the human world and is known by a few people and not like in stuff like Mahou Sensei Negima! where it's all over the place...) Examples: Kimi ga Uso o Tsuita (she can see when other people are lying) Natsuyuki Rendezvous (dead ghost husband is lingering around) Ketchup Mayonnaise (another ghost hanging around/angels) No Side (male soul in a female body and vice versa)
2.) Older shoujo mangas (1990s to early 2000s). It's a broad and general thing here, but romance, drama, comedy are what I'm looking for. I'm more or less looking to read something with an older art-style like the ones below. For example: Mint de Kiss Me Fukuyadou Honpo Ohimesama no Yurikago Kimi ga Boku o Mite Ita kara Ashita no Ousama No Side (not really the best example of art but the story is amazing)
It's be nice if they were completed or active. One-shots are fine. And nothing with needless "mature" scenes. I hope that enough to go off from! I'll accept nearly anything you throw at me so just go for it. : ) Thank you!

Maybe Mirai Nikki or Juvenile Orion for supernatural/romance manga.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I've read a few of them already but they're all pretty much spot on with that I wanted. : ) Do you guys have anymore older-shoujo suggestions? ^^

As for the old-art shoujo, try Kanata Kara or maybe Hakushaku Cain Series - both are from early nineties and also very good mangas.

The "older shoujo" I've read (pre-90's) are:
Shiroi heya no futari Claudine...! Maya's funeral procession
Beware they are "older shoujo" so much more tragedy canny.

Please Save My Earth (the series started in the late 80's) is a fine older shoujo with old school art. What's more, it should fit both of your requests. I'm surprised Lorska didn't recommend it this time.
Edit: Not to mention it's complete and completely translated.
