What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I cant remember the name of a manga where the girl is afraid that the guy is going to steal her virginity so instead she stimulated the act using tricks she learned to make him believe he had sex with her thus losing his virginity, and this keeps occurring for the rest of the story, and the guy keeps liking her.
