I recommend this often because it's so awesome but you can't say getting to know each other first romance without my mind going straight to The Hating Girl.
It's seinen but I'm pretty sure the mangaka is a woman from the notes(going by memory). She even writes that at first she wasn't even writing a romance and the story just evolved that way. It's not pervy except one chapter that also doubles as funny but doesn't show skin at all.
The only problem might be that is the art is a bit cartoony and it doesn't try to glamourize anyone but it's very funny and the relationship that builds is very natural.
