Releases going missing

I just noticed this recently but lately I noticed old reported releases are going missing. For example a manga that was completely scanlated and reported months ago now not showing those releases when clicking that manga like it was never scanlated.

It's possible someone changed the associated name of the series, thus causing the release to become delinked from the series.
Without any more information on the release title, scanlation group, etc, I cannot speculate anything else
