I'm looking for a manga that is similar to Change 123 and History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi, that means it's funny, a good plot, great action, sympathetic characters and with a good portion ecchi (not too much).
The manga should be completed though or at least it will be finished soon. It's also fine if it doesn't have any action, but it should be as enjoyable (story, characters, funny and so on) as these two manga listed above (i.e. Unbalance²).
What I'm not looking for:
Asu no Yoichi! (genre-> ecchi) Maken-ki (genre-> ecchi)
...

I found W Change!! to be kind of similar to change 123, it's got all the elements your looking for without being overbearing on the ecchi. heroine is kinda whiny but gets better later so thats a plus, and she's got the alternate personality thing going on.

thanks, I'll look into it
btw it doesn't have to be about alternate or multiple personalities.

Zippy Ziggy Girls of The Wild's
Though both are ongoing
You could also try: Ashita Dorobou Hoshi no Samidare
Neither is really similar to Kenichi and only Ashita Dorobou has some similarity to Change 123, but both are complete and should otherwise fit your requirements.
Edit: fixed xD

You could also check Aiki, it had the same feel as Kenichi but much crazier. No idea about it's completion though. Great start, went down after that for me.

Thanks for the replies.
I'll look into Ashita Dorobou, sounds interesting.
I have my eyes on Zippy Ziggy and Aiki, but I'll wait until it's finished.
