Not too sure but I believe Historie has rape in it, later on. But then again it's been a long time since I read it so... memory blurry.
How far would you consider "soldiers"?
Ubel Blatt - former soldier Gu Fang Bu Zi Shang - more focused on romance, but considering half it is based in war grounds especially later on, I'd say it more or less fits. For manhuas often I find them in the blurry area. Oh and, this is only if the manga continues to follow the novel storyline.
And there's 07 Ghost that I forgot up til now too, not sure how much of it fits though.
