Hey I just wanted to ask for recommendations of yaoi manga in which one of them has a child or it involves one of the main characters looking after a child dank u.

If you look up the tags for LGBT parent/s and/or childcare, there are bunches you can sort by rating, like this, or like this.
My rec for cutest baby would be Nichijousahan Bi - Beautiful Life, and for best story would be the novel Sekaiichi Hatsukoi - Yokozawa Takafumi no Baai (Novel), or the manga Himegoto Asobi.

My most favorite ones are...
Koishite daddy - This one is newly scanlated and it is really REALLY good!!!!
Sorenari ni Shinken nandesu. - This one has been my favorite for the longest time... it is just.... awesome...
Ai no Gebokutachi - This one shouldn't be on the list because it isn't one of my favorites but both the seme and uke have a child
Naisho de Alleluya and the sequel Aikotoba wa Hallelujah - I Love Botan to death!!!! He is soooo cute!
Sekaiichi Hatsukoi - Yokozawa Takafumi no Baai (Novel) is DEFINATELY the best story out there (in agreeance with elliemoran) It is updated VERY frequently ^.^
Threr are many more b/c this is my favorite type of yaoi manga to read... I will edit when I get the chance (I am at work now and it is SO hard to explain what 'yaoi' is to fellow co-workers lol)

I think elliemoran's links pretty much cover anything I might list, here, but two titles that first came to mind were:
Kozure Ookami by Inoue Satou and
Dekichatta Danshi by Mikage Tsubaki.
If you don't mind one-shots (and enjoy Naono Bohra's works), I'd recommend:
"Oboreru Kankei" from Yokubou Shounen,
"Hinata" from Hohoemi no Nichijou, and its sequel
"Mayonaka Taiyou" from Yume ni Tobu Tori.

Wow, all my favorites have already been named. I'll just add:
Passion Fruit no Kaori Tsuki - I'm not wildly fond of the art, but it's got not one, not two, but three single fathers.
Musuko ga Osewa ni Nattemasu! - this is a oneshot, but it's cute

Yup, and I like that too. But if you sort by rating, it's kind of like getting a bunch of people's opinion all at once, so I thought I'd mention it anyways.

Be careful, Kitsune no Tama Yobai has shota and Kudan no Kuroneko is not exactly parent with child yaoi...
Checked the SINGLE PARENT tag and found more mangas, I'm sorry if some of them are not with small children... Since Single Parent can also be high schooler+father and most of the mangas I found I don't remember which story was with single parent, anyway...
