You should elaborate on what exactly should be like that manga (eg. characters, what plot elements, art style, etc.)
That makes it easier to recommend something and more probable that you'll get what you are looking for.

Yea and what type of genre such as shounen, seinen, shoujo, josei might be helpful, whether there is anything that you would not like or like such as borderline h, ecchi, mature, adult and even hentai.

I'd suggest Nana to Kaoru,

Nana to Kaoru has quite good artwork (if you ignore what the MC looks like. In a way, the way he is portrayed has a purpose) but it also possesses some good sexual tension without the sex like Minamoto-kun seemingly has.

It also portrays S+M in a different view than how typical people may view it.

Personally, I think pretty much any series in the "borderline H" category is better than Minamoto-kun Monogatari.
For something with less H and more "plot", I'd recommend Need a Girl.

Borderline-H is pretty much all seinen. I don't think any borderline-H shounen exists (they would probably be ecchi with no coitus).

Not a big fan of borderline-h to be honest, but you might like these:
Velvet Kiss
Love Lucky
Wolf Guy - Ookami no Monshou
Toshiue no Hito
