I'm looking for something similar to Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan. Any recommendations?

Could you give a short description of what exactly are you looking for?

Well, Just like what I've said i'm looking for something similar to Usotsuki Mi-kun to Kowareta Ma-chan: Totteoki no Uso http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=56523. Like, how it makes you think, and how it makes you feel that you know what's going on but later on you will find out that you're wrong. A psychological manga which will pull you in, or make you uncontrollably engrossed reading it is what I'm looking for.

So just to clarify from my point of view, you want something that puts a complete 180 on your way of think and you can never tell what happens next, is this correct?

These are the ones that are the closest I can get: Toukyou Kushu My Girlfriend, The Ultimate Weapon Elfen Lied Metropolis Sherlock
Here are a few others, but these have female leads: King Of Thorns Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind Milk Closet Reset

From the description (rural city + kidnapping + mystery + psychology) I'd say something like Higurashi no naku koro ni or Shiki.
For the complete 180° turn, Hakomari is truly a masterpiece that keep making you think "I got it" and keep showing you that you're wrong, but it's a novel. Strictly to manga, the best one I can think of is probably Vampire Juujikai .
