What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I thought this manga was going to be about like an alternate reality where there's another version of the girl he likes or something(kinda like Dual but without robots).
