I think what OP wants isn't the only point - people are going to be checking these topics when they see the title and think "hey, this sounds interesting", and leaving proper and fitting suggestions is what you're ought to be doing, not necessarily simply recommending stuff you think the OP will like. If it's ambiguous though, then it's OP's fault, since it's his/her job to properly describe what is wanted.

the diffrent arcs have diffrent MC and sometimes the MC is the most powerful... sometimes not and the nature of their power is hard to define as better or worse than other powers...it comes down to how u use them

Hokuto no Ken
Toki is by far the most powerfull of all the characters
but he is kindhearted and avoid fighting at all costs


Hellsing
the MCs are actually Celas Victoria and Hellsing herself
so Alucard is by far more powerful than them

Maybe this one the protagonist is really weak but then he start becoming strong but still not as strong as the others ....yet.
