What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

the story of the manga is about a guy and a girl starting out as a girlfriend boyfriend and then the guy suddenly falls in love with a girl that is bestfriends with his girld friend and they ended up having sex under the bridge.
