I remember reading it, and I'v tried searching for it myself, but each time i come up emtpy.
So people of manga updates this is what I'm looking for: A guy was into a cafe looking for a job, when the man hiring starts taking measurements of his body and penis. Second chapter include someone else getting hired and the first employee gets jealous because he feels that the new guy going to take the boss away.
