So what are some yaoi manga that you've read where they have sex in 69 position?! I read some but there's not that many!

You mean oral, right? This one is going to be tough because I would have to go back and scan the sex scenes.... (horrible thing to have to do, huh?) lol! I will post as I see in ones I read - I know there are tons that I have read though ^.^

I have read a lot of yaoi manga with 69, but like GazerChic said, it's kinda hard to remember. Heart Strings has it, if I remember right. Hm, try mangas from the same mangaka, maybe she uses the same sex position?! Punch ↑ probably has one...
Maybe Dog Style?! Or Surf Junkie? Haru wo Daite Ita? I don't really remember if they have it, but there's a lot of sex scenes, so maybe you're lucky with one of them...
Ok, YOU HAVE READ ALL OF THEM ALREADY. You're good, you're good. haha I'll leave the recommendations here in case someone is looking for the same thing and try finding one you have not read yet.
OK, found one: A dj extra on Tsuyogari. Extra: Secrets of a youth Kei and Aki three years later and now in high-school dealing with some "growing pains". There's a pretty good (kinda of, more anus x penis, not penis x penis licking, sorry) 69 scene.
IF you don't mind anus x penis licking, you could try Anilingus category, maybe you can find something like the one listed above... It's the only one close to 69 I can find.
OK (I put okay everytime I edit orz haha), found another one: Kareshi Glamorous (in ch2), this one has some kinky sex.
OK, haha, one more: Renai Junkie, in ch2 again and Sailor Danshi, already in ch1 we have a 69.

Spoiler (mouse over to view) the uke's wife who is also the seme's sister is sleeping in another room in the house so they have to be quiet.

Namaiki. is another one - I think several of KANO Shiuko stories include it.
There is actually a good amount of yaoi you can find it in, but to try to remember which manga now is kinda fuzzy
