The first page says it's Utau! Heiankyou by Mashiba Shin. It looks interesting, but it doesn't seem as if it's been scanlated. The scanlations for the page you have seem to be in Chinese. Thank goodness they left the mangaka's name in Japanese with furigana!
It seems like it's by the same person who wrote [m]Yumekui Kenbun[/b], so I'm sure it'll be an interesting series. Here's hoping someone picks it up.
