So , actually i want to read some funny manga 'cuz i'm fed up with sad seinen that i've read .
If possible , i would like :
- a male lead who is really but really not serious at all
- a female lead ... cool ?
- with romance with it !
- I would like to laugh hard  at certain moments in the manga
- no yaoi or yuri , don't like that kind of stuff .
I am a new member in baka-updates too ! I think that there are many things here that i still don't know but with the time , it will be all right ( i hope )

Hey, I don't have any suggestions because i don't read senin, but if you go to the menu to the right to your screen, on there is a link titled Genres. Click on that and it will take to to a page that gives you descriptions of all the genres. Above the explanation of Action is a smaller link that says advanced search by genre, or something like that. Click on that and then you can put in what genres you want to read, any categories you want and stuff like wether it has been completed or is not already on your lists.

Ahem ... Seinen is not only what i'm looking for you know ! It's not even my fav genre ! I prefer shonen or shojo !  but if i've read seinen , this is cause i wanted to cry a little xD but not anymore now ! now all i want is to laugh !

oh, ok, well the first manga that pops into my mind when I think of something funny is a shoujo called Beauty is The Beast. Though the main character is a female. I have read it so many times and every time I do I still fall about laughing. It is quite ridiculous.
Ouran High School Host Club. This one is also rather ridiculous. The male lead is such a silly billy and the main female lead is really detached. It is also a parody of all shoujo manga.
This doesn't have romance, but Noblesse has made me laugh quite allot, which is handy when you are in-between manga and have nothing to read and need to wast time due to boredom.
Purikyuu is short, but funny and a little cute.
I second Otokomae Beads Karabu and Bonnouji.
Glad your feeling more in the mood for laughter, it is always a good thing.

I second Angel Densetsu.
If we're talking about good and funny manga we can't avoid mentioning GTO. Other works with a humour I like are Saint Oniisan (but there is no romance) and Mahoraba (but the main character doesn't fit your description).
I don't read many shoujo, but the funniest one for me has been the relative unknown Milk Crown.

1/2 Prince and Trump! are hilarious manwhas.
Then you got Sengoku strays which is really good.
For shoujo you have Wallflower and Switch girl.
If you like sports, then Kuroko no Basuke, Coda and Eyeshield 21 are funny.
