It's a manga about a pretty looking high school girl who takes care of her young sibling (brother I think) and turns out to look plain out of school. She stumbles across a man with a bunch of piercings because of her brother and turns out it's her "normal" looking classmate that wears glasses.
I think the title a combination of those two characters' names and that's all I can remember.
