so i kinda forgot the title, its an anime, so i can only remember a lil bit from the first episode so a girl with her pet (i think its a cat not 100% sure) the pet gets in trouble, then some blond hair guy saves the pet, the guy had glasses with twirly shape on it, i think he also has a turtle, his glasses falls down and hes actually super cool and the girl falls in love instantly, the guy gives the girl a concert ticket, and the guy is atcually a star and his partner is a black hair.
