Blood Alone It's a mixture of seinen and shonen, but a good romance nevertheless.
Shingetsutan Tsukihime  A good shonen romance
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (Novel) There's a manga version of this as well, but I liked the novel way better.
Akame ga Kiru! Subtle romance....One of the best shonen out there

PS: I would suggest you to read seinen titles if you're looking for good and well developed romance.

my first answer would be:
romance+shounen by rating

Superior & Superior Cross
Hantsuki (anime for ending)

also second all of the above

PS: I would suggest you to read seinen titles if you're looking for good and well developed romance.

let's just say romance isn't the strong point of shounen... except you are looking for ecchi-school-rom-com. you'll have better finds in seinen/shoujo and more serious ones in josei demographic.

I could add a bunch more, but it's a pain.
If romance is the main point, try my lists, if it's shounen, well I don't even know why anyone would only look for a specific demographic and not a genre so no idea, I guess you could always go back to genresearch...

also wrong section (looking for)

in need of romance?
uncommon, sad, sweet

A manga named ALIVE fits that, but I'm not sure if there's some information about that here...

Old, old thread but I will post in it anyway - maybe I will help someone. smile

I made a list that contains shounen/seinen mangas that got romance in them, I know you didn't want seinen, but this is the list I got. ;_; anyway, it has over 200 titles so you should be able to entertain yourselves with it for a while. I tried to leave overly ecchi mangas out, but some of them might still be a bit .. Well, revealing. Not many though. Have a wacky clicker:

Click here for the list! embarrassed

There you go. It has some pretty mainstream titles and some less known ones, but it might miss some titles too. If you got any suggestions for the list, message me!

PS: Yeah, I have read all of them. Maybe one day I will rate all of them here in MU, maybe not. bigrazz

Bleergh. ;_;
