After reading & I've developed a fascination for older love stories. By older, I mean large age gaps with both partner's ages above 25yrs. & has a 20yr age gap, from the girl being 26 and the guy being 45. Also, the guy must look his age. (Wrinkles, mustache, ect.) I hate it when bishes in romance manga claim they're 32 when they look like 20 year olds I've only come across 2 stories of this genre, It'd be great if there were some recommendations!
Please exclude the following : Yaoi, Yuri, immature mary-sue female protag.
Sorry if there are any spelling errors, I didn't get much sleep and can't really concentrate. ^^"

The only oji-san age gap romance I know and liked was Ristorante Paradiso and its "prequel" (published after the main story): Gente. I personally like the artwork, but if it's a little too rough for your liking, I suggest watching the anime.

I think that the first two subtitled episodes are available on http://www.youtube.com/show/ristoranteparadiso

Thanks, I'm going to try and watch the anime. ^^ They are all attractive men xDD The artwork is unique and beautiful, but it's too much for a manga I think. Thanks for the suggestion!

Shinkeikaku did a great list of oyaji romances: http://shinkeikaku.wordpress.com/2011/06/11/oyaji-and-romanc e-manga-selections/
Too bad some aren't translated.

I'm not sure but I think Otoko no Isshou fits the bill. Personally I haven't bothered reading it yet but I think it fits your criteria

I agree, I would recommend Ristorante Paradiso,
I love the anime, the relationship between them was so cute.

Ai ni Toshi no Sanante
Haven't actually read it so I'm kind of speculating based on the spin-off sequel (which I have), but it's the only one not already mentioned I could think of: romantic after a fashion, but mostly slapstick comedy.

As sweet as they are, I don't think TAKASHIMA Hiromi's Miman Renai, MORIE Satoshi's Hakuji or TAAMO's Taiyou no Ie will meet your expectations as they don't even count as May-September romances. The main couples are all middle/ high school girls with working men in their twenties.
Otoko no Issho by NISHI Keiko and Hotaru no Hikari by HIURA Satoru are way better suited to your request. The age gap of the former is not that big - he's in his early fifties, and she's in her mid-thirties - but she looks like a woman in her twenties, so it should be alright.
Take a look at Body & Soul by SAKURAZAWA Erica/ TERAKADO Takumi. It resembles Piece of Cake by GEORGE Asakura insofar as a heartbroken young woman falls for an unusual type of man in his forties.
