Supposing manga didn't come from Japan, (this is a fantasy question) what country would you like it to originate in?
1. The U.S.
2. China
3. Russia
4. France
5. The U.K.
6. Mexico
7. The Land Of Fire
8. Scandanavia.
9. Germany
10. Egypt
Okay, this isn't very good, but maybe somebody can re-do it into workability. I'd like manga to have originated from the U.K., but Japan is way better.

Manga has most inspired you to...
a) learn Japanese for fun
b) to become a mangaka or comic book artist
c) to enjoy drawing in general
d) go to Japan
e) major in Japanese language and culture
f) live your life with SFXs
g) reconsider your fashion sense
h) other
I dunno, I figured that manga has changed some people's lives somehow in some significant way.
I tend to spice up my life with SFXs and of course draw a lot more than I would have without manga.

Do you read manga because/to...
1. Take my mind off the problems in my life. Escapism, pure and simple.
2. Have some fun, excitement and a laugh.
3. Pretend I am the cool person in the story.
4. Be like my friends who like it.
5. Enjoy the beautiful art and a satisfying deep story.
6. Experience totally different stories, ideas and cultures than I would in my own country.
Why do you read manga? Open to revision. I could also say watch anime as well. I thought about it and what I like best about manga, a totally different question, is the way the art and action tie together and flow across that one perfect page. I have a bunch of saved pages blown up into posters where the moment becomes so real it captures you totally... sigh. I guess I love art.

-- I used to but not anymore
-- Sometimes I read them but I still prefer Japanese Manga (or Korean Manhwa)

What do you think about Psychological Manga/Manhwa?
-It has influence in my life (In extreme terms)
-It's interesting (In good/normal terms)
-It's pretty good, but I prefer other genres (Action, Comedy, Drama, etc.)
-I hate them! It's sucks...
