I'm not really sure, since I stopped reading it, but I remember that Obaka-chan, Koigatariki was appointed in other threads as having something like that. Billion Princess probably fits too. Himitsu no Shitsuji-kun is not exactly what you are looking for, but also portraits a girl and a boy who are in love with the same guy. The ending is a little unexpected, so I'm not sure if it would fit.
