Personally I have no more recommendations to give and I doubt anyone else would unless is some obscure stuff... oh yeah there is one that was getting close to it, but comes out every 2 months (fuck), and is still pretty short so lets see what happens...
and of the ones listed in the MSN page, only Mx0 comes a little close to it at some point (too bad it got axed).
Main Character is a magician with multiple girls falling for him just like Negi. Only difference is the girls are also magicians and the main character's use of magic is limited but insanely powerful.
