Non-typical/realistic yaoi

Still I'm missing those stories and I'd like to see if you can recommend me some. What I'm looking for are mangas that's not so typical yaoi. A yaoi with a real story, realistic thoughts and actions, no comedy. I love darker stories too. I'm looking for a seme and uke who are both mature and neither too masculine or feminine. Anything twisted, dark or unusual is welcome.

Breath definitely has that unusual dark atmosphere to it because of the Spoiler (mouse over to view) brother complex tei has. i second Sora o Daite Oyasumi although it may be too twisted to your likings.. nevertheless its a great yaoi manga and is currently on-going. ^^ Edit: After going through my lists i noticed that you might like Silence.
