Yep! I am looking for a manga with romance as the main or one of the main plot(s). The lead has to be male. It can also be mixed perpectives of the male and the female, but male lead is a necessity! Hmm, I guess I should list all the manga I have read now.
Lets start then:
Ichigo 100%
Melo Holic
Love Hina
Cant see Cant hear But hear

AAARRRRGGGHHH... I cant remember ALL of them, but rest assured I have read all the famous ones. The only reason I am asking for help is because I think I have exhausted the whole list of good readable manga I like 
Btw, I am a huge fan of slice-of-life + romance manga. favs include: ciguatera, punpun(somewhat), etc.

Molester Man is very good. Since it's only being translated recently, maybe you haven't read it. Also I think it's quite on par with your favorite ones.
I'll try only with the not so popular ones (at least in my head, lol) then since you said you already read all the popular ones:

Sundome very mature / borderline H (and it's also one of the few manga that beats Ciguatera in terms of "slap on your face" ending).

Orange Marmalade - ok, bear with me here. It's shoujo, it's vampires - should be terrible, right? But no, it's fantastic and not 'shoujo-y' in the typical sense. The point of view from most characters are represented so it's not one dimensional at all. Try it.
This is pretty tough actually. I'm kinda the same as the OP. I have read a lot/most of the good solid romances and it's tough to find more. I STARTED with Love Hina (which is excellent btw) as my first manga so my bar was set pretty high from the get go.

Molester Man - Loved it, waited for a new release everyday till the end. still waiting for the extra chapters to be translated.
Nineteen, Twenty-One- A short cute story completed as soon as the last chapter was translated.
By Chance, We... and...- again, been following devotedly but as u said it is on haitus, so i have been waiting patiently
Bonnouji- Yep, one of my favs. following the updates already
Hetakoi- finished long ago
Koharu no Hibi- Tired of waiting for an update already
Midori no Hibi- Yeah I remember reading that story. I liked it a lot.
Ai Kora- One of the guys who started reading it be4 it got completely translated.
Orange Yane no Chiisana le- Yup, I remember awaiting those chapters to come out. Nowadays waiting for new chapters to come out for a manga from the same author.(The ice skating one)
Orange Marmalade- Yeah I tried reading it be4, left it. Then picked it up from the latest chapter, since then following it.
Sekine's Love- A new chapter just came out a day or 2 ago rght? Yeah been reading for some time now already.
Seishun For-get!- Yeah it was a good one which I finished the last chapter of, as soon as it came out. I just hoped tht the series lasted a bit long.
Kangoku Gakuen- I have a love-hate relationship with this manga, Although the way those guys are tortured totally makes me gross out, I still keep reading it fr some reason.
D-ASH- Yeah, it had a good story about growing up. The small gay part was a surprise though.
Carnivorous Princess Yegrinna- Read it, but didnt feel tht the story was too strong or too outstanding. Just so-so I guess
Need a Girl- The latest chapters seemed interesting so I had been following them. The artist's drawing have improved a lot since the first chapter.
Pretty Face- Again, one of my favs. I have read the author's other works too. Do u know Mx0, Used to love tht manga, but it was supposedly cancelled or smethng so the author had to rush end the manga. tht was really sad.
Sundome - Tried it before but its just tht the story didnt fit well with me for some reason........
Encouraged me to read these again:
Akuma Jiten-Yeah I remember reading this manga a long time ago. Completely forgot about it. I have to check whether some new chapters were realesed after I stopped reading.
Love Roma- Its not tht I havent heard about it or seen it. I just havent tried it. This manga has cme up in my search a lot of times but I didnt know if it was worth trying. I guess the cover image just put me off for some reason. Btw how did u like it?
Okay now, this doesn't mean tht I knew all of them.
Lucu Lucu- It doesnt have a romance tag, no wonder I never found it! Does it really have romance? Is it just a minor sub-plot? pls tell
Watashitachi no Tamura-kun - Okay, I was genuinely surprised with this one! I definitely didn't know this one!! Looks interesting. Guess I at least found 1!!
