Ok that's a difficult one, but it won't hurt to try.
I'm searching manga with romance that goes like this:
-A guy falls in love with a girl, but: it's unrequited love/she's oblivious/she likes someone else;
-The girl's feelings change, but she has to face a love rival
Conditions:
-The main lead must be male
-It's not important if romance is the main theme of the story, it can be a subplot or just a theme, but it must have a closure
-No yaoi,yuri ecc. ecc.
-No hentai or lolicon
-No tragic ending (at least for the main characters)
-NO HAREM; love triangle good, harem bad
-Only completely scanalated manga; it's ok if it's an ongoing, but only if scanalations are active
-I'd prefer no ecchi, but it's ok as long as it's not too much
Actually it's ok even if there's not a love rival, but I would like to see the main girl doing some efforts to display her feelings (the lack of this is what I liked less about Suzuka, besides too many girls)
Any manga that fit (at least partially) with this description?

kimi no sei!<--- this manga is also completed and the guy is crazy about her but she hates him !
he's dedicated to roses <--- this one is my personal favorite  also fits your description

Do you need a manga? I think Kokoro Connect can kind of fit, but the manga is not updated as much as the novel or you can just watch the anime, which is quite good. There is only a part that doesn't fit, or I should better say you didn't really specify you disliked something like that, but it's a very very big spoiler that could ruin your entire experience, so I won't say it unless you really don't care and wants me to say it. I apologize if you don't care about novel/anime, but you could put anyway the manga in your wish list hoping its releases will become more constant.
About Seishun For-get!, I think it's probably the best suggestion that can be made for your scenario.
About Golden Time (Umechazuke), in the first book of the novel there are no signs about her feelings changing and I doubt in just 11 chapters of the manga that could be happened. So it's probably just speculations as you said.

I'm not into light novels, but I don't mind anime, so it's a good suggestion, thanks! Also i prefer to discover the story by myself XD
If there are other ideas, I'll be happy to read them, even if there are some little differences from the scenario I depicted

I'm confused you said no love triangles but you want the main girl to have a love rival?
Anyway, what about TORADORA!
Based on your description sounds like you want it to be a shounen romance? If so, I can't suggest much, not a big fan of shounen romance

I said no to harem, not to love triangles. It just gets too much weird when there are all those girls who chase after the same guy (or the opposite). And I put the love rival bit mainly because that's what triggers some kind of active reaction in this type of stories. Toradora! is cool, and I guess it kinda fits, I've already it on my reading list but thanks!
You can tell that this kind of scenario mostly applies to shounen manga, but I didn't specify the genre on purpose, because I don't like to be too bound to it. I'm super fine with seinen, but I'm ok with shoujo and josei too, as long as the story is close enough to what I'm looking for (if not a male lead, at least the description of the guy's point of view). For example I think Joyful days? fits. For what concerns seinen, Let's lagoon could be doing this kind of plot in the future.
To make it short, I'm fine with suggestions about every genre
Also I don't mind if love isn't the central theme

Yea your right, I misread it and thought you wrote no love triangles, my apologies. Also, I understand why you didn't specify a genre, you want a wide variety. What about NG Life? have you tried that one? however in this one, its the guy who haven't notice the girl's feelings, its taken from a guy's perspective and the chick had a few love rivals. This one is my favourite!
Or The Prince's Cactus point of view from guy and guy's unrequited love not sure about the love rival.
Or Last Game Same as the prince's cactus, both are really good.

Hope they help, when it comes to shoujo, I always have suggestion lol, but not much on other genres , but I'm glad you're not looking for one specific genre.
