I'm looking for romance manga where it's mainly between two people, eechi/sex is fine but shouldn't be too crazy.

Example would be in Bonnouji. Seinen manga probably fit very will with what i'm looking for

The perspective can be male or BOTH male/female but please just not in female perspective.

Velvet Kiss, Koi wo Suru no ga Shigoto desu by HARUMI Chihiro
both contain sex.

I don't know whether it is only used in manga and anime.

*sigh* that's getting a bit overboard, if I was that popular with girls...

I can second everything so far (at least the non-borderlilne-h stuff, above silfarion's post), those fit really well.

Horimiya both
Last Game both, mainly his
Hibi Chouchou both
Pika Ichi both

Ai-Ren contains grave tragedy and drama though

Just checked your reading and your complete list. Lorska, you and I seem to have quite the similar taste when it comes to romance biggrin Like Lorska said, I can also second most of the series that have been suggested.
Nevertheless, here are a few additions to the list:

Dear Tear by KAZUMA Kowo
An endearing short series from both perspectives.

Toukyou Lastochika by MIYOSHI Furumachi
Star-crossed lovers from the Meiji Era. Gives off a very nice vibe. Narrated by both protagonists.

Hakuji by MORIE Satoshi
A very sensual manga, mainly narrated by the male lead.

LovePlus: Rinko Days by SEO Kouji (who also wrote Suzuka).
Short school life manga from his point of view.

Hagoromo Mishin by KODAMA Yuki
Fairy tale like story about a swan falling in love with a college student. Mainly from his perspective.

Nodame Cantabile by NINOMIYA Tomoko
Slow paced, music-themed slice of life. Narrated from both perspectives.

Udon no Onna by Est Em
Sweet story of an art student who ends up falling for "The Lady of Udon" from his cafeteria. Both perspectives.

Natsuyuki Rendez-vous by KAWACHI Haruka
About a part-timer at a flower shop trying to win over the widowed owner whose spirit husband still lingers around. Male perspective.

Kiss by MATSUMOTO Tomo
Slice-of-life about an affectionate age gap couple. From both points of view.

If you don't mind ecchi, I'd highly recommend Itoshi no Kana by TANAKA Yutaka, the mangaka of Ai-Ren. It's mostly narrated from the male point of view.

Someway or another Usotsuki Paradox by SATOU Nanki/ KIZUKI Akira fits your criteria. However, it resolves around an affair, so I'm not sure if it is to your liking. Ecchi and from his point of view.

An unconventional pick would be Mysterious Girlfriend X by UESHIBA Riichi. It's from his perspective although I'd like to know what sort of mindset the female lead really has.

I still have more suggestions but this should be enough for now. Or I'll go on ranting for the rest of the evening.

Miman Renai
China Girl
It's so pure, because both the male and female are also pure smile
Totally save. Not even it has ecchi as genre.

Emma
Well, sometimes it's from the woman, but mainly it's from the man.

From the titles that have been mentioned above, I totally second Blood Alone
