I'm loooking for a manga.. It's been about years since I last read it.. I couldn't remember the details.. But, what I know, it contain loves<3 the boy tied his paper wish on a tree(you know, japanese culture).. a girl also wanted to hang her paper but couldn't.. so, the boy helped.. I couldn't remember whether the boy helped her by lifting or tie it for her.. after that, i couldn't remember the story... but i remember the last part of the manga, the boy's wish was revealed.. and there's a line saying "people says, if no one reads your wish, your wish will come true"... sorry for the small detail i could give..
