Just as the topic reads. I'm also looking for long prologues or introductory arcs that give a detailed flash at the character's past/childhood before coming on to the present storyline.

You'd know what I mean if you read

The Pale Horse
Oboreru Knife

Otherwise, as long as they have good (possibly dark) stories, I would be very grateful.
I especially anticipate some well written, deep plots.

Cheese in the Trap has detailed flashbacks for the three main characters interspersed throughout the story. It's written more like a mystery though.
