Its something I forgot. Its not Area no Kishi but it has a similar setting somewhere in between the series. Its starts out with a broken down team and female lead becomes like a team manager because male lead is part of the team.
Better yet name all the manga you can think off that start with a broken down team that gets rebuilt with the arrival of a new student.
