But kinda reminded me of Majo wa Nido Aegu (bottom, L->R, #4), I guess is the same manga (top, L->R, #4) Probably something by Katsumoto Kasane (bottom, L->R, #2), the art seems familiar but don't know exactly the manga.

Anyway, for all the suggestions given, if I could have done it and if by GREAT LUCK ms would have answered me - what with their busy schedules and such like... I would have ask the scanlators instead of this forum. I truly appreciate to the TWO members who answered my query, so, thanks to Zyibis and StephKuran.
