Uh, they're gross. I kind of can't see why anyone would put them in. I mean, it's not even slightly attractive, it mostly just looks painful and makes me think "seeexism" because I think only basement-dwelling virgins can possibly draw them >.<

YEP. I dont watch animes with balloon-breast females. But just imagining it bobbing is too much for me  In the mean time, I'm gonna stay away from yours truly.

Depend on your definition of XXL boobs and the art style. I don't mind the huge boobs in Sekirei or Maoyuu Maou Yuusha - "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo" "Kotowaru!", but I have seen some manga with very disturbingly huge useless meat. This include Orihime from Bleach and Tsunade from Naruto. But thankfully, most of those disturbing useless meat only exist in hentai, and romance-comedy-harem manga, so if you avoid those genre, your eyes will be safe.

Large breasts obviously exist, and I would actually love to read a story where it was used without constantly being something to point out sexually. However, when they're just used for "ecchi purposes" and flop around like water balloons I cringe.
First, women with breasts that large don't tend to have barbie proportions (nor do any real women, when I think of it). At the very least they should have a realistic body.
Second, artists should learn how breasts actually work (via gravity).
Thirdly, if it's unnecessary to the plot or to character development, it should be left out. What's the point other than to say "look, here's some big unrealistic boobies to flaunt your way while we figure out where we're taking the plot".
Take for example, Suki tte Ii na yo.. There's a character in it with large breasts (with a smaller than typical ecchi size, but bear with me). Her breasts actually serve for minute character development and we learn through the series how they've actually been harmful to her (boys picking on her, boys only liking her for her body, etc). That's an example of how to do large breasts right.

Anyway, there's a fetish area of the internet that actually likes real-life girls with super ridiculously large breasts, some implants, some not, and so anime featuring something like that doesn't surprise me.

It seems a little silly to single out boob sizes. Almost everything in media is designed to be appealing and attractive to its viewers, men or women, and much of that amounts to overblown sexuality.

Distracting. Most often the shape is unnatural too.
I don't mind them being big, as long as they don't defy
laws of physics. It does feel cheap to force them everywhere
without a point too.
