And they're not siblings, parental (mother/father) figure, or mentor-student relationship either. For example, like the relationship between the main guy ( the girly one) with his childhood friend in Crush on You.
Maybe something like master/servant, longlife best friend, partners and such.
I can swallow any genre.

More example:
Jiraishin
Ageha and Sarasa from Basara (or Ageha and his dancing trope friend in one of the extra, and Tara and Gensho also from the extra)
Principal

Thank you smile .

Well I know that, but usually the relationship in the manga under that category is between the same sex (that's why I spesifically mentioned 'between male and female') or siblings etc (like I've mentioned above)

Wish I could give many recs for this, but there aren't enough manga about this. At least I can recommend my favorite manga, Gunslinger Girl, especially but not only for the relationship between Hilshire and Triela. I know more with interesting relationship, but they are more limited and not at the same level of GSG (Shin Angyo Onshi, Vampire Juujikai, ...).

Okay... more example;
Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist
Lelouch and C.C. from anime Code Geass
Oz and Alice from Pandora Hearts

Or some borderline romantic;
Some 'couples' from Kamui
Hiyono and Ayumu from [m]Spiral: Suiri no Kizuna[/m]

If you know some anime or asian drama, please recommend them too.
I don't think it has to be 'you're-the-most-important-thing-in-the-world' kind of thing, they just need each other, irreplaceable or something like that. Maybe some shounen/shoujo-ai where the protag has an opposite gender as a best friend.

Yes, Gunslinger Girl fits, thanks smile

How about Neji to Lantern by KATSURA Asuka? It follows a Victorian home tutor as he and his 10-year-old student get more and more attached to each other.

A similar relationship is depicted in the manga adaption of Adarushan no Hanayome by AMEKAWA Kei/ KAZATO Nori since the female lead is too young to be a love-interest.

TAKANO Masayuki's Moon Edge has a promising encounter between two immortals, though it might be too early to judge the nature of their relationship. The male lead is in a guardian position but he is definitely no parent to the heroine.

Anyway. I recommend Ties of Compassion. Though I read that they were supposed to be romantically involved in the early drafts of the work.
The Friendly Winter maybe

EDIT:
and apparently Peter Panda.
Soul and Maka of Soul Eater might also work.

Arigatou assuming you don't equate romance with sex, because there's a lot of that in this. This one is not for everyone. It'll upset many a reader.
BLAME! probably the most normal non-romantic male/female relationship in this list
Boogiepop Dual kind of.
Battle Angel Alita: Last Order after sechs' apparent sex change at least, around vol5. It got a little weird.
Black Lagoon maybe? the author likes to tease but has done nothing obvious.
Pumpkin Scissors
Train+Train good luck finding anything of this. Still, thought I should recommend it.

I think Kare no Aijou no Hakari fits (though the girl may have a small crush on the guy). It's short so even if you don't like it, nothing really lost; I found it to be pretty good though.

Himegimi no Tsukurikata, but I really got the feeling that there was supposed to be a relationship with one of the two butlers, but the series was ended before it could develop.

How about Sakura and Fai's friendship in Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles?
Ito and Yoshiro in W Juliet
Watanuki and Kohane in xxxHolic
Akagami no Shirayukihime - There are a number that can fit (Shirayuki/Obi, Shirayuki/Ryuu, Mitsuhide/Kiki)
Allen and Lenalee D.Gray-man
Try +Anima as well, though I'm not sure if friendship within a group fits what you want (the main characters are 3 guys and 1 girl)
