I was interested in what races/nationalities people were who like anime, cuz it seems to me it is mostly asians and like hardly any Hispanics... well we'll see how it really is from the poll results

You should have added a category like "mixed" or so, because, what do you click when your half asian and half caucasian? It isn't really an other "race", but I guess I'll vote so
Personally I don't like the idea of different "races": I don't deny that people can look different, but I think that all humans have more things in common than things that would seperate them into "races".

This won't work. The data collected on the net is unreliable. People lie about their age and race all the time. I could say I'm from India if I want to.
Also, the poll choice should be like Asian, African, American, European and so on.
When you say African, you refer to the people on the continent. There are many different countries in Africa.
Algeria, Niger, Angola, Gabon, Nigeria, Benin, Gambia, Reunion and so on.

Do i understand this correctly, all central, eastern, western and northern europeans and those of their decent ( well, whites ) are other? I guess Spain counts as hispanic, but i am not sure this applies to Italiens, Portugiese, Greek and Bulgarians.

ares6, not only can people lie but people can consider themselves whatever they want to. Trust me, i have been in arguments about identity and this is exactly the kind of thing it is about. However, i am the lone hispanic vote up there. (latino to be more PC)
