I am looking for a harem manga where there is a real romanctic and real relationship development. The only purpose of the harem shouldnt be comedy but the characters/relationship with each other should also change from the beginning to end ( and NOT like every girl's in love with mc from beginning to end and its a harem end where no one gets togehter with mc). So end should be that there is a relationship with girl/s (dont mind if mc gets more then 1 girl and a real harem)
Can also be ongoing at least it should look like at ends with a definite relationship.

the Protag starts a relationship in chapter 67, but it's not over yet and if you read the manga you will see that it could end with or without a relationship...

What you're looking for, I think, is something like Maison Ikkoku. It's old school and the story took a while to build up (I only got hooked about midway through the series) but it has also been one of the most satisfying reads I remember. It has a spot in my list of manga-to-keep
Ranma 1/2 would be my next bet for you along with some other titles I can't remember right now.
