Hi there, I'm really depressed today so I was hoping people could lead me to some really upbeat, happy mangas. They don't necessarily have to be comedy, either. Just something with a lot of happy. Genre doesn't matter, as long as it's not extremely ecchi. Oh, yeah, and no tragedy, obviously.
Any suggestions?

Granulated Sugar - its not exactly happy but the romance is so simple, innocent and sweet that no doubt it'll make you feel all warm and fuzzy. Too bad its a oneshot though

only one i can think of off hand is sketchbook
the art is pretty bad at first- but the artist improved quickly throughout the series- and humor more than makes up for it. very charming piece
(its not complete- but it doesnt have a story or anything like that- it just kinda goes from chapter to chapter)
