Hi, I'm currently reading Alyosha! and i love it, so i was wondering if there are more manga(s) with a similar plot, ''Main character is an assasin, goes to school normally, he/she only know the assasins way of life, etc

Arachnid fits for the most part. Its more of an adult version of Alyosha though

Young Gun Carnaval is kinda like that too.
Kill Me Baby is a 4-koma version of that type of plot.
Kyou kara Hitman is kind of the reverse, normal guy got swept up into being an assassin.

I second Kill me Baby. And well there is the famous Full Metal Panic! even if it's more serious.

Regarding Full Metal Panic! (which the Main Male Lead is pretty much the male version of Alyosha ) if you only want comedy, I would highly suggest watching the Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu anime series as it is probably the most hilarious anime I've ever seen. It's pretty much just the comedy side stories to the main series. And you would only need to read up to 1st volume of the Full Metal Panic! manga to get introduced all the characters and gist of the main story before skipping to the Fumoffu anime (which is what I did lol).

I wrote in support of Full Metal Panic! (season 2 of the anime is really good, but if you want the rest of the story, you have to read the manga or novels)
Anyway:
Wild School - A teenage female assasin from north Korea gets stuck in the south Korea and somehow ends up in high school
School Shock - female solider in futuristic Chinese high school
Mission! School - somewhat funny at first, but becomes less and less funny later on (non-H manga by H artist)
