I read this manga or manhwa couple of years ago but I can't remember what it's called, but I know the story line somewhat.

I think it takes place in Europe and there's a vampire man who's waiting for his lover to reincarnate and then he finally meets her again. He tries to woo her and everything, but she attempts to kill him by giving him a dead person's blood. Her reason apparently is because he killed her sister when he was feeding and I believe that had also happened in their past. So in the end he decides to kill himself and I think that's all that happens.
