What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

all i remeber is that

some boy finds a book when he was young, he writes his name on it
he somehow goes into the afterlife then 4eyes shinigami (short hair) sends him gack to the
real world

years later...
they somehow meet up again i forgot
but the 4eyes shinigami got hotter and stuff and has like a scythe
the boy then has to seal demons in the book?
