What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Okay so I remember it is about a girl who a believe doesn't do well on and entrance exam and ends up in a rather rough school. All she wants to do is get out of there. The leader of a gang ends up falling in love with her. He acts cold to almost everyone, but when it comes to her he shows his emotions. I hope this is enough to go on...please help >.<!

Always make me rage when people do that, be it they were looking for something, needed help with a problem, or whatever... It's like they think they're the only real person on the internet. And don't realize pretty much the most useful source of information is looking up threads that have already been resolved...
