Just as the title says... I am interested in mangas with topic like this. I once read a manga where the female lea looks innocent and weak but she's actually an akido champion. I'm looking for something like this Thanks!!

Kaichou wa Maid-sama? She's not really weak, but it's an excellent manga. Of course, Special A is much the same concept. I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but they were excellent.

this one is on my complete list... Yes, this could be a great example.... But it's not really the manga in my description... Though this one is kinda similar just that the male lead in the the description has a scary face making everyone avoid him... Anyways, Its somewhere on my complete list so I'll just search through it to give you the name of the manga....

Would webtoons/webcomics be okay as well?
They're basically like korean manhwas except that they're full colour and read in a strip format, usually.
Though you probably already knew that.
Anyways, the first which came to my mind was Girls of the Wild's. You must read it!! it's epic.
EDIT: You can also try Kubera, it's also a webtoon. Pretty good actually
Oh! and then there's Penguin Revolution, has nothing to do with penguins actually. But the female lead is quite pretty (not beautiful, just pretty), and she actually looks like a weakling, but she is sooo strong! It's a shoujo by the way
