if you are saying its high school of the dead, then I think you are wrong. Ive read it and I dont remember her. The wallpaper shows only one person from HotD (lila haired-swords girl), the other are from Deadman Wonderland and Lotte no Omocha.

Is not from high school of the dead and it is a crossover of several manga characters, the girl is from Manyuu Hikenchou according to tags of some other pictures.

im 92.4% sure that character is from Manyuu Hikenchou, but that still leaves me 7.6% unsure

I think it's a advertising image of stuff airing in spring-summer 2011, since they should represent Manyuu Hikenchou (I'm gonna go with it too), Deadman Wonderland, Highschool of the Dead OVA and Lotte no Omocha!.
