A long while ago I read a manga that had a character in some kind of hospital or place where there are a bunch of nurses. Yet each nurse seen in the manga wore a helmet. Then the character gets agitated and kicks/hits one of the nurses ripping her helmet off revealing her inhuman face beneath. What I remember was that a good portion of this nurse's face had been replaced by mechanical bits. Plus once her true face had been revealed she went berserk on the character and had to be carried away by the other helmeted nurses.

For the life of me I cannot remember the name of this manga. Does this scene sound familiar to anyone? If so, do you know the manga's name?
