But she has a secret identity after school. She doesn't have to be weak in school, but she has to have a secret self that not many people know about. Anything is fine, like she is an agent, singer, delinquent etc....

Genes: Exclude - Ecchi, yaoi, yuri, shounei ai, shoujo ai, hentai. Smut is fine
Include - Romance. All other genres are fine.

Other: Also the male lead can't be weak. It can be manwha/manga/manhua etc...

Thank You in advance biggrin biggrin smile wink grin

I only know extrovert female leads with secret identites, but nevertheless, I'll suggest some of them as they fit all your other crizeria.

A warm series is Horimiya by HERO/ HAGIWARA Daisuke. Likeable but quirky main couple, and both protagonists have a secret identity outside of school. Light-hearted slice of life.

Switch Girl!! by AIDA Natsumi has a similar premise but the execution is completely different. Interesting, though I have to admit that I left it unfinished because personally I couldn't relate enough to the female lead. It might be different for you, so sneak a peel at the first few chapters.

I don't have to point out FUJIWARA Hiro's Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, right? Since it has been so immensely popular for the past couple of years.

For more series, use the Advanced Search by Genre including tags such as Secret Identity or Alter Ego in combination with Loner Protagonist, Outcast/s or Quiet Female Lead.

Hmmm Horimiya doesn't fit perfectly since the female MC isn't an outcast at school, however I think you should read it anyway. It's fantastic.

Warau Kanoko-sama & its sequel, Koi dano Ai dano for sure.
One character in Atashi no Banbi could kind of fit. Though she's not an outcast by all means.
Gakkou Hotel Not really, but same kind of theme.

I would say ENT but there's only three chapters translated...
It fits your criteria perfectly though!
