What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

From what I could remember was these two countries ? nations ? are at war ?
In the first chapter the general (?) of one side lost and he allowed the other side's general (?) do whatever he wanted to him and so he raped him in front of everyone and later took him to his castle (?) as his lover. o-o I only finished about 4 chapters and wanted to continue but forgot the name. ;;
