Hey.
When I found out that Automata had been discontinued I felt kinda disappointed (like possibly many people who were interested in the story), since I really enjoyed it. That was when I discovered Daum. How surprised I was when I noticed that one of the series published there was Automata! Although I can't read Korean I hope that some scanlation group will pick up this series eventually. So, yeah, just for you to know, folks.
P.S.
I tried to add the new version of Automata on the site, but I can't since its name is the same as the first version. Anyone knows how to fix that?

Is it a retelling of the same story or a Season 3?

@karen911 - The one you are currently reading is the new Automata
If you look at the chapters released by Shiro Nabi (released in 2011), you will find that they are a little different than the current ones hosted on Daum/currently scanlated chapters from Cave Translations and JazzWay Team. Characters are the same but the author changed the story/plot/pacing or whatever during the move to Daum

Just spotted this thread.
As BlueHaro already said, the scanlation group Shiro Nabi scanlated the first version of Automata. The new Daum version is scanlated by my group (Cave Scanlation) together with the russian group JazzWay Team until they had some staff problems, which left us working on it alone. They are in better shape now and are working on the russian Automata version. We scanlated it up to the most recent chapter released on Daum.
The artist Kim Dazzi took a break from Automata to work some more on the story before starting the third season which will start in March.
Then we'll continue scanlating it as well, with our regular once a week release so stay on par with the korean releases!^^
