Yeah, I am fast cause I always give my full attention to all manga I read. Although, I skip the boring re-introductions that occur at the start of some chapters.

Why skim manga... Take your time and enjoy the art/read text bubbles carefully. I guess it's alright if you consider spending all day reading "fast." Reading all day isn't an issue (:

I am a fast manga reader, but i do absorb each aspect that is being displayed through the one chapter. I think i gained that skill, as i would always read a chapter of something just before i go to school which makes me have to read quick, but i'm still able to fully understand what is happening, and feel the characters and story line that is being portrayed

Eh...it depends on how long the volume of the manga has :3 I'm not really sure but most probably yes. I don't really count how many manga I read for a month since I always read back the old manga if I can't find any new ones. But if it's novels, well then, yes! I can read 2-3 books in a day.

My general speed is moderate. I don't take the time to pay attention to every minute detail (in the pictures, not the text), but I don't race through things either. It also sometimes depends on how much I like the manga in question. If I like it a lot, I take a longer time reading, since I stop to think about the story, characters, their thoughts etc. But there are also manga I read just because I'm a little curious as to how they'll turn out, and with those my speed is moderate, closer to 'high' than to 'low'.
My speed also varies according to genre; slice-of-life, comedy, school-life manga I read pretty fast. But it takes me much longer to read mystery, horror, supernatural/fantasy, sci-fi and psychological stories.

If I remember correctly, I read about 40-50 pages in 15 minutes. So I'd say I'm a considerably slow reader.

for me, it depends on the manga itself, if it's shounen, like one piece, bleach or fairy tail which there aren't so many text, I can read them in about 15 min/vol. And if it's like Death Note or Liar Game, I can read it in about 30 min/vol. If it's shoujo, like Skip Beat or Special A, it's 20 min/vol.
