Sounds like Kamisama no iutoori, though thats only a couple of chapters of it and it starts off in a school but that bits where all the students are in a hosptial...so it may not be the one if that was the entire story...

Maybe Mahou Shoujo of the End? I only read part of the first chapter, but it's basically a doll going around a high school killing people.
