I highly recommend Kyou Kara Ore Wa. It's totally awesome and the funniest manga I have read up to now.

My Name is Zushio is utter gag nonsense. Funniest thing you will ever read.
Hanazakari no Kimitachi e is long, but I found it to be pretty good.
Hana to Akuma wasn't funny all the way through, but it was adorable and interesting.
Immortal Rain is my favorite manga. It wasn't that interesting to me in the beginning, but I swear it gets much better. It is a little violent, think Fullmetal Alchemist level, but it has the perfect mix of humor, romance, tragedy, and everything else.
Boku wa Ookami was cute and funny, though a little mature in places and the female lead is somewhat annoying.
Shiawase Kissa Sanchoume was thoroughly entertaining and loads of fun.
Seiyuu Ka! same comment as above.
Obaka-chan, Koigatariki was a very fun read.
Keppeki Shounen Kanzen Soubi is practically second only to Immortal Rain. Another of my favorite comedies.
Try these. I think some will suit your tastes.
